The Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M5 is an external 5 GHz access point (CPE) with 13 dBi integrated antenna, designed for long-distance point-to-point links with a performance of up to 150 Mbps of data transfer speed.
It operates in the frequency band from 5170 to 5875 MHz, using the MIMO 2 × 2 technology and the airMAX protocol (TDMA) to improve link efficiency and performance. The device offers a 13 dBi antenna gain with dual polarization (vertical and horizontal), which improves signal insulation and allows better performance in interference conditions.
It is powered by passive PoE (24V, 0.5A), with a maximum consumption of 5.5W, and can be installed in posts thanks to the included assembly kit. Its compact and weather-resistant design makes it ideal for outdoor environments, with an operating temperature range of -30 to 75 ° C and a relative operating humidity between 5% and 95% without condensation.
