The Garmin inReach Mini 2 is a Compact satellite communicator designed for outdoor enthusiastswhich offers functions such as two-way messaging, SOS capacity and global monitoring. It is light and durable, which makes it suitable for hiking, camping and other activities outside the network. The device allows users to send messages, publish on social networks and communicate with other people in the field. In case of an emergency, you can send an interactive SOS message to the emergency response coordination centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Garmin.
The inReach Mini 2 also includes a MapShare function, which allows users to share their location with friends and family. In addition, it has a new user interface with a more resolution screen, a digital compass for accurate direction information and a Breadcrumb Trail function for saving routes.

To access the Iridium network and communicate with your inReach Mini 2, a subscription is active in satellite services. You can choose an annual package or a flexible monthly plan.

Do not be fooled by its size of 4 ″ x 2 ″ and its 100 g weight, inReach Mini 2 is robust, durable, impact resistant (MIL-STD-810) and has water resistance IPX7.
